Good job overall. You’ve got a solid base, good control, and you’re doing a nice job keeping your chest up throughout the squat.
The biggest thing I want you to work on is keeping your knees tracking over your toes and staying balanced through your whole foot. Don’t let your knees collapse inward as you get deeper.
Your cue: “Knees over toes, sit down between your hips, then DRIVE the floor away.”
Keep your feet planted, stay tight through your core, and push your knees out as you come back up.
Good foundation—clean up the knee tracking and you’ll be stronger and more stable out of the bottom.
Get your hips down a little more and use your legs to start the lift.
Your cue: “Chest up, push the ground away with your feet, then drive your hips through.”
Don’t think about pulling the bar off the ground. Think about pushing your body up while the bar stays close to your legs.
Good job overall. Your deadlift looks a little too much like an RDL right now. Get your hips down a little more and use your legs to start the lift. Think “push the floor away” and keep your chest and hips rising together. Keep the bar close, brace your core, and finish by driving your hips through. Good foundation—just need to clean up the start of the pull.

Good swing overall. You’ve got a strong base, good intent, and I like how aggressively you rotate and finish through the ball.
The biggest thing I want you to work on is staying stacked and letting your lower half start the swing. You’re getting some forward movement with your upper body, which can make your contact point and barrel path less consistent.
Your cue: “Land strong, stay behind the ball, then turn through it.”
Think about getting that front foot down, keeping your head centered, and letting your hips start the turn before your hands. Don’t reach or drift toward the ball—let the ball come to your contact point and turn the barrel through it.
Good athletic swing. Clean up the forward drift and sequence the lower half first, and you’ll be more consistent and powerful.
