You’re getting good depth and returning to a stable standing position. Nice foundation to build on! 💪

Your biggest focus is making each rep more deliberate. You move quickly from one squat into the next. Take a moment at the top to reset your breath and tighten your midsection before lowering again.

Think about these three cues:

• “Brace first”—tighten around your entire waist like you’re preparing to take a bump.

• “Control down, push the floor away”—keep pressure through your whole foot.

• “Hips and shoulders rise together”—some forward lean is normal; avoid letting your hips shoot up while your chest stays down.

Your main cue: “Brace, control, stand strong!”
